Our story
Started by neighbors. Built to last.
Transformation House was established in 2018 by concerned citizens who saw what happens to survivors in Kendall County after emergency shelter ends — and decided the gap was theirs to fill.
Neighbors in Boerne begin meeting about what happens to survivors after emergency shelter ends.
Transformation House opens — transitional housing for women and children affected by domestic violence in Kendall County.
A new campus adds cottages, increased capacity and licensed play therapy services for children.
New offices at 101 Pine View Drive add therapy and play therapy rooms, private space for case managers, and a community training room.
Phase One of a capital expansion is 90% funded — on track to double residential capacity. See the campaign.
