Confidentiality

Privacy is
protection.

For the women and children who live here, confidentiality is a matter of safety. Every visitor and volunteer agrees to these guidelines.

  • Address confidentiality — Keep the address and general location of the campus confidential.
  • Resident privacy — Keep the names of the residents confidential.
  • Information sharing — Refrain from discussing client details with anyone outside the organization, regardless of personal relationships.
  • Public interactions — Refrain from approaching or greeting a resident in public settings.
  • Advance scheduling — Schedule visits to the property in advance with staff.
  • Contact information — Never share personal contact information with residents.
