Transitional
Housing
Often when there is abuse in the home, the survivor must choose between housing insecurity and violence. Our transitional housing program fills the gap between crisis and stability by providing safe, free housing for women and children who are in need. Residents in our Transitional Housing Program also participate in our Case Management and Therapy programs.
The Transitional Program is a dual-generation, wrap-around program where our residents benefit from the coordinated care provided by our social workers for up to two years in residence and up to a year post residency.
In order to be considered for our Transitional Program applicants must complete our admissions process which includes an application and an interview. Please use the link below to send an inquiry.
*This process can take time, and there is often a wait list. If you are in need of emergency shelter, please call 1-800-799-7233.
