Transformation House is expanding to meet the growing need for long-term, stable housing and support for women and children rebuilding after crisis.
Since 2018, Transformation House has provided more than a safe place for survivors, offering long-term, trauma-informed support that helps women and children rebuild their lives after domestic violence. With over 90% of families maintaining independence after completing our program, we know this model works. But demand far exceeds our current capacity, and families are turned away each week due to a lack of space.
Phase One of our capital campaign is designed to address this urgent need while creating a campus built for healing, stability, and long-term success.
This phase will include the construction of two new cottage-style duplexes, each with private two-bedroom units, effectively doubling our residential capacity and giving more families a safe, dignified place to call home. It also includes remodeling our existing primary home into a dedicated office and program space, allowing for expanded on-site counseling, case management, and life skills programming.
In addition, Phase One will transform our outdoor environment into a space that actively supports healing. A new community-centered space will further support group programming, children’s therapy, and wellness activities, creating a hub for learning and growth. This phase also strengthens our long-term sustainability by addressing existing infrastructure and reducing debt while we expand.
