Transformation House Confidentiality Agreement

 To ensure the safety of our residents and respect their privacy we ask that all visitor and volunteers agree to the following:

·       Keep the address and general location confidential.

·       Keep the names of the residents confidential.

·       Refrain from sharing details about the clients with anyone outside of Transformation House, even if they are a trusted friend or colleague.

·       Refrain from approaching or greeting a resident in public settings.

·       Schedule visits to the property in advance with staff.

·       Never share personal contact information with residents.
